What causes this issue?

The copy profile 'SAP_RECO' contains change documents and can be used
to recreate a production client.
You should only copy change documents if the target client number is
the same as the source client number. If the clients are not the same,
the change documents are worthless and they could even crash
application transactions.

How to fix this error?

If the source client in the RFC destination is not the same as the
target client, you must use another copy profile.
