Message number: 115
Message text: Changes in customizing are not effective immediately
Time zone customizing changes (time zones and time zones/Summer time
rules) are not immediately effective because of kernel buffering. This
does not affect new time zones.
The old customizing is used in conversions until the buffer is
refreshed, which can take up to 24 hours.
Customizing should not be changed while the system is running. If this
is unavoidable, the application server should be rebooted.
