What causes this issue?

The legal status of the relevant transaction could not be interpreted.
The allocation takes place in a System table in which allocations exist
for transactions that can be valued in Risk Management.

System Response

The transaction could not be prepared for valuation and is, therefore,
not valued.

How to fix this error?

Check if this transaction is one that can be valued in SAP Risk
Management. Provided that the transaction can be valued, the relevant
entry in the System table is missing and, therefore, has to be
maintained by SAP.
