What causes this issue?

You have created
an entry with a valid basis spread ID, but with an initial quotation
type.

System Response

When the quotation type is initial, the system cannot read market data
for this basis spread ID from the database, and the basis spread value
remains unchanged.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
