For this scenario, no volatilities were specified for interest rates.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please enter all required volatilities first. To do this, go to to
menu, select "Change scenario" and enter the relevant scenario. Then
click on "Change".
On the following screen, you go via "Interest rate volatilities" to
maintain volatilities.
