What causes this issue?

No values are maintained for contract type &V2& for the flow type &V1&
in table AT19.

System Response

The flow cannot be considered as it cannot be established how the flow
should be handled.

How to fix this error?

Define the flow type in Customizing or select an existing flow type for
the wrong flow that corresponds to the flow.
