What causes this issue?

For the interest rate instrument created, you have chosen Annuity
Repayment as the form of repayment without specifying an annuity.

System Response

If you do not specify an annuity, the system determines the annuity
based on the assumption that the nominal amount of the interest rate
instrument and the interest accrued need to be repaid in identical
installments until the end of the term.

How to fix this error?

Check the amount of the determined annuity in the cash flow of the
interest rate instrument.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
