What causes this issue?

As the flow is relevant to accrual/deferral, the calculation bases of
the flow must be specified; otherwise, accrual/deferral is not
possible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Specify the start and end of the calculation period, as well as the
calculation method.
If necessary, branch to the flow detail screen for this.
