What causes this issue?

For Commercial Paper, you cannot edit the main flow using this function.
You need to go to the basic data screen of the transaction.

System Response

The system does not give you the option of editing the main flow in this
function.

How to fix this error?

If you want to edit the main flow, call up the basic data screen of the
transaction. Select the main flow to reach the detail screen of the
flow.
