What causes this issue?

If a correspondence planned record is created, a valid entry must exist
for the correspondence in Customizing. This Customizing entry defines a
SAPscript form used to create correspondence, for example.
You do not need to specify a form name for the 'SWIFT file' and 'IDoc'
correspondence media.

Check to see if a change to correspondence Customizing is worthwhile.
After a possible change, you could create a planned record.
