  • What causes this issue?

    The transition scenario of the project has been changed. Therefore, the
    scope must either be reset to the default scope (for system conversions)
    or to empty scope (for new implementations).
    Default Scope
    All the used objects are in scope by default. Furthermore, all objects
    that are not supported in the usage recording are in scope. This scope
    is set for all projects with target release SAP S/4HANA and transition
    scenario system conversion.
    Empty Scope
    No objects are in scope. This scope is set for all projects with
    transition scenario new implementation and for all projects with target
    release SAP Cloud Platform ABAP Environment.
