What causes this issue?

Before the SAP OLE Browser can display the objects of an OLE
application, you must load its type info into the R/3 System with
Transaction SOLI.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Either load type info or get it loaded by your system administrator.
