What causes this issue?

The preceding message caused an error in the application. The
application has taken on the troubleshooting. You have deleted the stop
entry that stopped the processing of the following messages to ensure
the correct serialization in the EOIO queue.

System Response

The system has recognized this status and set the queue to SYSFAIL.

How to fix this error?

Wait until the application has resolved the error situation and then
re-start the queue/message.
