What causes this issue?

Document templates cannot be transported into another system without a
logical transport object. If you only need the templates in the current
system, you can ignore the message.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The template should be saved once again after the error has been
corrected. It will then be included in the transport request.

Check the following entries and if necessary complete any missing
entries:
Table SDOKLOTAB, row with header tab: SWUOLOIO contains in field TLOGO
OBJ the entry SWFL
Table SDOKPHTAB, row with header tab: SWUOPHIO contains in field TLOGO
