What causes this issue?

The loop end is reached in the Workflow Builder when the condition is
true. The import format defines a loop reversed. It is repeated as long
as the condition is true. If for the import the negative indicator is
not set for the condition, the condition must be manually edited in the
Workflow Builder.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Edit the condition by canceling it.
