The work item does not have a recipient in the current status. The
agents responsible for the work item are determined using a rule with
an asynchronous function to be executed. The confirmation has not yet
occurred.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Wait until the responsible agent has been determined by the rule for
agent determination.
If there are problems with rule execution, agent determination can be
started again. The function <LS>Execute rules for work items again</>
is available in the administration menu of the workflow.

- Check Organizational Structure: Ensure that the organizational structure is correctly defined and that the roles are assigned to the appropriate users.
- Authorization Check: Verify that the user has the necessary authorizations to receive and process the work item. You can use transaction SU53 to check for authorization issues.
- Reassign Work Item: If necessary, you can manually reassign the work item to a valid user using transaction SWIA (Work Item Administration).
