What causes this issue?

You have tried to create a container element with the name '&V1&' or to
rename an exisiting element '&V1&'.

System Response

The operation was canceled.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that the element name used satisfies the workflow convention:
The name must be at least two characters long.
The name must not start with an underscore ('_').
The name must not be already used by another container element.
