What causes this issue?

The binding syntax check produced no errors, however there are &V1&
warnings. According to your personal settings, these warnings are not to
be displayed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to display the warnings, first select the personal settings
function and ensure that the checkbox 'Do Not Display Warnings' is not
selected. Exit the function by choosing 'Continue' and check the binding
again. The warnings will now be displayed.
