What causes this issue?

Optional parameter and default values are available in the SAP NetWeaver
2004s only with SAP_BASIS SP12.
If these properties are imported into a customer system with low-level
Support Package status (through the corrrection instructions or through
the support package of the application), these properties will be lost.
This can cause syntax errors or runtime errors in the component.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the optional parameter and default values only if it is ensured that
your developments are imported solely into customer systems with a
minimum Support Package status SAP_BASIS, SP12.
If necessary, contact your quality manager.
