What causes this issue?

The root element defined in the XML schema is &V1&. Since in the context
of the current controller there is already a node with this name, the
node cannot be named for the form object, analogous to the XML schema.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Rename the node &V1& suitably in the context so that the form node can
be renamed accordingly.
