    No navigation link can be created between the inbound or outbound plugs
    you specified.
    (I) It is possible that you are in change mode and are attempting to
    define a navigation between two plugs, whereby at least one was created
    within an enhancement implementation.
    (II) It is possible that you are in another enhancement mode other that
    the one in which the plug was implemented.
    (III) Another possible cause is that inbound or outbound plugs are
    assigned to a view that was created within an enhancement implementation
    and you are in change mode or in another enhancement mode.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    (I) + (II) For your navigation, choose exclusively plugs that were not
    created within an enhancement implementation. Or, for creating the link,
    switch to the suitable enhancement mode.
    (III) Switch to the suitable enhancement mode for creating the link.
