What causes this issue?

A SAPGUIControlContainer is created by Transaction SE58 if the original
screen contains a customer control container. It is used to visualize
SAPGUI controls (ALV, tree, and so on) and is merely used as a help for
converting screens that contain SAPGUI controls. It may only be used
temporarily during the conversion of the screen to Web Dynpros. It must
only be used temporarily during the conversion from screen to Web
Dynpro.
SAPGUIControlContainers only work in the Internet Explorer and there the
following restrictions apply:
The appearance of the HTML is rudimentarily adapted to Web Dynpro.
The use of the controls can deviate from Web Dynpro guidelines.
The controls do not necessarily meet the accessibility guidelines.
The functionality is not guaranteed and is also not supported by
Support.
SAP internal:
The SAPGUIControlContainer is intended for use in SAP-internal
development systems only. It may be used in these, but not transported
to other systems and obviously not to customer systems. This is ensured
by checkman checks.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Each of these SAPGUIControlContainers has to be replaced by relevant Web
Dynpro elements. There is no relevant Web Dynpro counterpart for the
HTML control. It has to be replaced after each use by different Web
Dynpro elements.
