What causes this issue?

Window "&V1&" contains at least one obsolete or incomplete navigation
link. (Cause: Probably the usage of the start view has been deleted, or
the outbound plug involved was deleted.)

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
