Message text: Message server &1 not known to Solution Manager
During the search for documents that belong to the application system,
the Help Center proceeds as follows:
The system ID and the name of the message server (as saved in the
profile parameter <ZK>rdisp/mshost</>) determine the logical components
to which the application system is assigned.
The search is limited to those documents assigned to one of these
logical components.
In this case, the name of the message server &V1& is not known to the
Solution Manager, and therefore no logical components can be determined.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Notify your system administrator.
Check the application system data in the Solution Manager and correct it
if necessary. The name of the message server saved in Solution Manager
must exactly match the name in the profile parameter <ZK>rdisp/mshost</>
of the application system, including the domain.
Possible errors:
RESET N1
There is no entry for the message server for the application system in
Solution Manager.
The name of the message server in the profile parameter <ZK>rdisp/mshost
</> of the application system does not contain the domain, whereas a
domain is specified in Solution Manager. If the domain is specified in
the profile parameter but not in Solution Manager, this also causes an
error.
