What causes this issue?

The path to the network folder for Help Center files is not set. There
is, however, at least one link in the Help Center to a file in the
network folder.

System Response

Links to users' files are no longer displayed in the Help Center.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Enter the complete path for the released network folder.
