levels (views) of this view cluster. You cannot go to the data activated
for a lower-level view in the cluster, if the BC Set or the database
contain no data for the higher level.
All existing data records in the BC Set are written correctly to the
database at activation.
Check the consistency of the data in the view cluster.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
