Message text: You are not authorized to change fields with fixed BC Set values
The table or view contains data records that were created by activating
Business Configuration Sets. If fields in a BC Set have the attribute
"fix", they can only be changed manually in exceptional cases, and are
not ready for input in the maintenance interface.
The fields are not ready for input because you are not authorized to
change fields set as "fix".
Get the missing authorization from your system administrator.
The authorization to maintain fields marked "fix" currently the same as
the authorization to activate Business Configuration Sets using the
transaction SCPR20 (authorization object S_TCODE).
