  • What causes this issue?

The table entry which you are processing is only valid between the
<LS>Begin date</> and the <LS>End date</> which it contains. You have
entered a <LS>Begin date</> or an <LS>End date</> which does not lie in
the validity range. The validity range is thus extended. It must be
ensured that the validity ranges for entries with the same key do not
    overlap.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

If this warning is confirmed, all entries with the same key whose
validity range lies completely within the new validity range of the
entries being processed, are also changed. If there are entries whose
validity range only partially overlaps the validity range of the entry
being processed, these entries are limited so that the validity ranges
    do not overlap.

    How to fix this error?

If you want all entries with the specified key to be adjusted to the
new validity range by the system, confirm the warning with
    <PF>ENTER</>.
    If you want to specify a new <LS>Begin date</> or <LS>End date</>,
cancel the processing with <LS>Cancel</> or
    <PF>F12</>.
