What causes this issue?

The certificate revocation PSE is not configured in the system. This PSE
is required to verify certificate revocation lists (CRLs).

System Response

The CRL verification fails which may lead to logon errors during client
certificate authentication or SSL errors.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Create the certificate revocation PSE in transaction STRUST.
