The selective language import is being configured.
Since Release 4.5 the transport tools tp and R3trans control the
<ZH>Selective Language Transport</>. This function is described in more
detail in SAP Note 136649.
Data is only imported into the system for languages where a language
import has already been performed.
This step writes an entry in a system table. This entry tells the
transport tools to import this language, and not to reject it.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
