What causes this issue?

The system could not call the transport program tp.

System Response

The language import terminates.

How to fix this error?

The transport configuration must be set correctly for a successful
language import. You can check this with the program RSTPTEST.
Start RSTPTEST on the application server where you scheduled the
language import. The program tests the transport configuration and
displays any errors.
Remove the errors in the transport configuration and choose <LS>Restart
</> to restart the language import with transaction SMLT.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
