What causes this issue?

When you refreshed the display, the system found out that another
session inserted an entry in the SMLT administration information.
This can be the case if a (different) user schedules a language import
or supplementation in another session.

System Response

The tree display is not refreshed and you need to call it again.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
