What causes this issue?

You can only define a supplementation language once for each language.
This prevents too many languages from appearing on the screen at one
time.

System Response

After you have saved the selected supplementation language, you can no
longer change it.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
