What causes this issue?

Each supplementation determines a list of tables, and saves it to the
database.
This list could not be found by the database.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The supplementation cannot call up any information. If the action has
not been completed, it will be terminated when a new job is scheduled.
