What causes this issue?

Task '&V1&' has been executed and the execution failed. A second
execution (resume) is rejected by the task.

System Response

The task list run is continued with the next task. The current task
remains in status 'error' or status 'aborted'.

How to fix this error?

Check the task log for the main reason why the task execution failed.
Contact the task owner in case the reason remains unclear.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
