cases:

declared that the task should be executed (e.g. the variant has been
created in a different system and is transported to the current system).
During a task list run execution the task implementation has changed
from "executable" to "not executable".
This task has no dependencies to other tasks and will be skipped
automatically by the task manager when the task is executed.
