What causes this issue?

You used character '&' in task list variant name &V1&.

System Response

This special character is only used to identify transportable task list
variants. Transportable variants have to start either with CUS& (in
customer systems) or SAP& (in SAP internal systems).

How to fix this error?

Choose a different task list variant name without '&'.
