STC_TM141
- Task list run &1 contains secure data, which will not be exported ?The SAP error message STC_TM141 indicates that a task list run contains secure data that cannot be exported. This typically occurs in the context of task list management in SAP, particularly when dealing with transport requests or task lists that include sensitive information.
Cause:
The error is triggered when the task list or transport request includes secure data, such as user credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information that SAP has flagged as not exportable for security reasons. This is a protective measure to prevent sensitive data from being inadvertently transferred to other systems or environments.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, you can take the following steps:
Review the Task List: Check the task list for any entries that may contain secure data. This could include configuration settings, user roles, or any other sensitive information.
Remove Secure Data: If possible, modify the task list to remove or replace the secure data with non-sensitive alternatives. This may involve:
- Changing user credentials to generic placeholders.
- Excluding specific configuration settings that contain sensitive information.
Use Transport Layer: If the secure data is necessary for the task list, consider using a different method to transport that data securely, such as:
- Manually configuring the secure data in the target system after the transport.
- Using a secure transport method that complies with your organization's security policies.
Check Transport Settings: Ensure that your transport settings are configured correctly. Sometimes, the transport layer settings may need to be adjusted to allow for the export of certain types of data.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to task list management and secure data handling for additional guidance.
