What causes this issue?

Task &V1& with semantic identifier &V2& could not be configured.
The task displayed in the list of tasks is an empty (unconfigured) task.
This task cannot be executed and will be skipped during task list run
processing.

How to fix this error?

Check the configuration content used to configure the task list run.
It is recommended that the complete task list run is aborted since the
current task could not be configured again.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
