What causes this issue?

Documentation (long text) is not available for task '&V1&'.

System Response

Tasks used in task lists are either class or report based. For report
based tasks, the short and the long text are taken from the original
report. Task classes defines its own, individual short and long texts.
In this case there is no long text defined for the report or class.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact the object owner (&V2&) to get a documentation.
