What causes this issue?

You imported a file. Then you tried do delete group &v1& . This group is
protected against deletion as such a group always needs to be part of
the parameters loaded.

System Response

This group is not deleted.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
