What causes this issue?

The table of possible entries for valid documentation classes has not
been maintained.

System Response

You must enter source information when you create a new terminology
concept. If the possible entries for documentation classes are not
available, you can only enter source information manually as text.

Procedure for System Administrators

Ask the SAPterm administrator to make the necessary settings.
