What causes this issue?

The Trace function has been disabled. Either you have done this
manually using the 'Disable' pushbutton, or the trace function has been
disabled automatically. (The Trace function is automatically disabled
if its has been enabled for a specific period of time. At the latest,
the function is disabled the day after it has been enabled).

System Response

The system issues a status message.

How to fix this error?

If you want to enable the Trace function again, choose the
corresponding pushbutton.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
