What causes this issue?

You want to set a project filter (or the system is suggesting a project
filter when you open the Business Navigator), but the filter required
does not yet exist.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Return to the Main Menu. Choose Tools -> Customizing. Click Project
management. Select your project. Choose Project -> Change. Then choose
Generate Project IMG.
