mirgrated due to some error or warning condition was met.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The affected Web Service configuration or configurations are flagged
accordingly in the overview list.

How to fix this error?

Read the action comment response message and, if possible, fix the error
and try to migrate that configuration again.
If the problem persists or the error / warning condition can not be
fixed, then you still have the option of deleting the configuration and
recreate it manually.
For recreating the Web Service provider or consumer configuration you
can use transaction <ZH>SOAMANAGER.</>
