What causes this issue?

An error when occurred when the provider WSDL document was accessed.

System Response

No consistent logical port (consumer configuration) could be created
because the WSDL document of the web service provider could not be
accessed. SOAP messages cannot be despatched using this logical port.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the WSDL document can be accessed from the consumer
system. To do this, proceed as follows:
Call transaction WSTASKCHECK.
Navigate to the task ID specified in the error message.
Try to open the WSDL document with the specified URL and user name.
(Double-clicking the WSDL URL displays it in the browser.)
If you cannot open the WSDL document, the error is probably caused by
the page that provides the document; locate and remove the error on this
page.
If you can use the information in transaction WSTASKCHECK to open the
WSDL document, you can process the WSDL by double-clicking the task ID.
If the error persists when you process the WSDL document, create a CSN
message under component BC-ESI-WS-ABA and attach the WSDL document.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
