What causes this issue?

You changed the authorization group of a structural node.
This change will only affect nodes that have already been saved, but
not any new nodes that are created.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

created in the future, you must:
- Quit this message
- Save the structure
- Change the authorization again
- Re-save the structure, and then confirm
this message using ENTER
