What causes this issue?

You are not permitted to read the role menu &V1& in system &V2& because
the role is not in your authorizations for the object S_USER_AGR, ACTVT
= in the field ACT_GROUP.

System Response

The role menu comparison is not started.

How to fix this error?

Have your user administrator assign you the required authorization and
repeat the operation.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
