What causes this issue?

No valid role-based view exists for user &V1&.

System Response

If there is no valid role-based view, the <ZK>Role-based view</> area
in the Records Organizer contains a list of all element types (default
setting).

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

In the IMG activity "Maintain role-based view", create the role-based
view for a role, and assign the appropriate role to the user. For the
procedure, see the online documentation in the IMG.
