What causes this issue?

According to schema &V2&, element &V1& is optional. However it contains
mandatory fields for which no valid values could be determined. Such an
optional element can only be included in the document if all mandatory
fields have valid values in order that the document is valid.
Furthermore there is no relevant data at all mapped to fields of this
optional element.

System Response

The optional element &V1& is not included in the document since it does
not contain any relevant information.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
